What VetACrew keeps, about whom, for how long, and who it is shared with.
01 What VetACrew keeps about you
Your name, email address, sign-in method, and the reports you request. If you sign in with Google, VetACrew keeps the verified email Google provides and nothing else from your Google account.
02 What VetACrew keeps about contractors
Records retrieved from the state licensing board, city and county permit offices, and the state business registry, each stored with its source, jurisdiction, and the times it was observed and retrieved. Records are never edited in place; corrections are added as new versions.
03 Email
VetACrew sends account emails (verification, password reset) and report emails (ready, could not be finished, cancelled, estimate changed, open window ended). Report emails carry no report details; they link to your account.
04 How long records are kept
Counsel text pending · retention schedule is unapproved (retention-schedule-unapproved/v1); no duration is stated until approved
05 If you are the subject of a report
Write to support@vetacrew.com to ask what VetACrew holds about your license or to dispute a record. Staff open a case from that mailbox; no account is created for you. After identity is confirmed you receive a private link that expires.
06 Who VetACrew shares with
The email provider that delivers VetACrew’s messages, and the hosting provider that runs the service. VetACrew does not sell information.
If you belong to an organization account, everyone on it can see your name, email address, and role, the reports you run, and the credits you use.
