Corrections and disputes
If a detail looks wrong, tell us.
A person reviews every request about a Contractor Verification Report. Contractors and customers each have a way in.
If you are the contractor
Use the form on the For contractors page with your license number, state, and what is wrong. It opens a dispute case, and we reply by email within five business days. VetACrew reviews and reinvestigates disputed information it holds.
To ask what VetACrew holds about you, or to dispute it by email, write to support@vetacrew.com. Staff open a case from that mailbox; no account is created for you.
If you ran the reportEarly access
Send the report and the detail through the help form, or write to support@vetacrew.com. A person replies within two business days.
How VetACrew reviews a request
- We compare the report with what the source held on the date shown, and with the evidence you send.
- We keep the basis for any material change with the case, and we tell you by email what we found.
- A report already run is a saved copy of its date and does not change. A fresh verification reads every source again and shows what each one holds on that date.
- A contractor cannot pay to change a result.
Correcting the public record itself
VetACrew cannot add, remove, or change anything in an agency’s record. To correct the record at its source, contact the office that keeps it, such as the state licensing board, the city permit office, or the Secretary of State. That is an extra step, never a replacement for our review.
